French Ligue 1 side Marseille are considering making a move for out-of-favour Crystal Palace defender Papa Souare in the January transfer window, according to a report on HITC.
Marseille are keen to sign the left-back as they look to finish in a UEFA Champions League position for next season.

Souare has only appeared for Palace in the Carabao Cup this season but could see his career kick-started by moving to Marseille.
The French club are in need of a left back to replace the departed Patrice Era and they have identified Souare as the perfect replacement.
Souare will face competition from former Aston Villa left-back Jordan Amavi to be the starting left-back but it will be better than being on the fringes at the Eagles.
The London club are open to letting Souare leave the club at the right price as he is currently the third choice left back behind Patrick Van Aanholt and Jeffrey Schlupp.
Palace have found some form under manager Roy Hodgson and have moved up to 14th place in the league table after a convincing 3-0 win over Leicester City.
Souare already has experience of the French top flight after winning the league title with Lille in the 2010/11 season.
