Crystal Palace have signed FC Midtjylland and Norway striker Alexander Sorloth.
As Roy Hodgson looks to sign attackers to secure Palace’s Premier League status by the end of the season, the Englishman has signed Midtjylland striker Sorloth to provide competition for Christian Benteke, who scored against West Ham yesterday and is looking to get back to his best.

Since joining Midtjylland from Groningen for £765,000 last season, he has played 26 times for the Danish side, scoring 15 goals and grabbing nine assists.
The front-man also has international experience, earning 12 caps since his debut for Norway in May 2016 in a 3-0 loss to Portugal and has scored one goal whilst on international duty.
Sorloth stands at a massive 6ft 3 inches, so he will provide solid competition to fellow target man Benteke. The Norwegian will benefit from great service at the Eagles, with the likes of Wilfried Zaha and Andros Townsend offering an outlet for assists.
