Ligue 1 club Marseille have shown a heavy interest in Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye with the player set to leave the club at the end of the season according to Le10 Sport, as translated by Sport Witness.
Cabaye’s current deal comes to an end this summer and the French side are confident of landing the player with his future at Palace looking increasingly in doubt.
Cabaye has worked with the French side’s manager Rudi Garcia in the past and so it all adds up for the move to go through.

For the move to take the Frenchman back to his homeland to go through, Morgan Sanson would likely leave Marseille.
Marseille are on the verge of a Europa League final, something that would take them back into the Champions League next season if they were to win it.
The French side are yet to offer Cabaye a contract but it’s likely to come in the coming weeks with the midfielder having enjoyed a fine season under Roy Hodgson.
