Getafe goalkeeper Vicente Guaita is reportedly closer than ever before to his move to Crystal Palace, according to Sport Witness.
The Spaniard believed he was going to be transferred to Selhurst Park in the January window, but a series of complications meant his exit from the La Liga club was delayed.
The succeeding months have included a great deal of confusion as to whether Guaita would be in a Palace shirt for the 2018/19 season, but reports in Spain are now suggesting Getafe are resigned to losing their shot-stopper.

Manager José Bordalás has a list of replacements ready for the expected departure of the 31-year-old, including Antonio Adan of Real Betis and Fernando Pacheco from Alaves.
Guaita joined Getafe in 2014 and has made 106 appearances since arriving from Valencia.
Welshman Wayne Hennessey would likely make way in the starting XI for the arrival of the goalkeeper, and a future move for him may now be a subject of some attention.
