Crystal Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey has admitted that he is keen to remain at the club beyond the current season, according to BBC Sport.
His current deal comes to an end next summer and talks have got underway with the two parties looking to complete a deal soon.
Hennessey found it tough at the start of the season, but responded well after this playing a key role in helping to keep Palace in the division.
The Welshman appeared in 27 of the 38 games in the league and was for the most part the number one choice.
He particularly performed well when Roy Hodgson was brought in as first team boss and will look to kick start that again next season.

Wales have also come calling for him once more as his country face Mexico in a few days time.
The goalkeeper has addressed his future and is keen to remain an Eagle, saying:
Of course. They’ve looked after me tremendously.
We finished well after a sticky patch [at the start of the season] when we had seven games and no wins.
But we turned that around – Roy Hodgson came in and did a fantastic job. Hopefully I can get a contract there and continue.
