Palace defender Mamadou Sakho is reported by French media to be a summer transfer target for French side Lyon.
The French side are looking to sign a central defender this summer as they look to strengthen the back line. Lyon chairman Jean-Michel Aulas said earlier this week on SFR Sport that a “very big name” will sign for Lyon this summer.

Lyon have qualified for the Champions League this season and their chairman believes that they need to strengthen in preparation for the European competition. He says at least a very big name will arrive to strengthen the squad.
After these comments were made by the chairman this led to speculation from French football website Foot 01 that Sakho is one of the defenders being considered by Lyon.
Sakho signed a permanent deal with Palace last summer, after moving from Liverpool, in a deal that made him the south London club’s second most-expensive transfer.
This season Sakho has made 20 appearances for the Eagles despite being blighted by injuries. He played a key role in Palace securing their survival in the Premier League.
Sakho seems to be settled with life in south London and Lyon would need to make a big offer to take him away from Selhurst Park.
