Roma are ready to move for Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, in order to replace likely outgoing midfielder and Crystal Palace target Maxime Gonalons.
Despite only signing for the Serie A club last summer after eight years with Lyon, Gonalons has been subject to interest from the Premier League this month, with Crystal Palace and Everton particularly interested.
The Eagles have even already made a move, according to reports, with Calciomercato claiming yesterday that the South London club had offered €12million for the 29-year old France international.

Now Gazzetta dello Sport, as cited by Calciomercato, have seemingly offered Palace fans hope that a deal could now further progress, with Roma lining up the defensive midfielder’s replacement.
Gonalons made 16 Serie A appearances for the Giallorossi last season, assisting once while failing to open his goalscoring account.
