Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has admitted that there is still room for improvement for his side despite their impressive victory over Huddersfield Town on Saturday, according to a report on Football London.
Palace secured a 1-0 away victory thanks to a brilliant solo effort from Wilfried Zaha.

For the majority of the match, the Eagles were solid in every area of the pitch and showed high levels of energy to put pressure on the Terriers.
Hodgson admitted that the team has come a long way since he took over and he is pleased with the progression, but he knows that the players can push themselves even further.
He said:
It’s nice, it’s nice to be at Crystal Palace. It’s really good to work with the group of players who are an excellent group to work with and it’s good to see that we are progressing in my opinion.
We’ve got a lot more progression to come, don’t forget [Aaron] Wan-Bissaka is just 10 or 11 league games maybe [as a pro]. Patrick van Aanholt was fantastic at the end of last season but still with his qualities a margin for progression.
We’ve still got to see if Cheikhou Kouyate and Max Meyer and these guys can help us out, so there’s a lot to look forward to and it’s a much nicer position to be in after five games this year than it was last season that’s for sure.
The Eagles have two wins from their opening five Premier League matches this season and they will be hoping for another three points when they host struggling Newcastle United next.
