Crystal Palace, Brighton and Watford are among the teams looking to sign non-league midfielder Adam Lovatt.
According to TEAMtalk, the Hastings United midfielder is attracting interest from the Premier League after impressing for the non-league club.
The report claims that Football League sides Blackburn, Sunderland and Luton are also believed to be monitoring his progress, but the Premier League trio will be hopeful about their chances.
The 18-year-old midfielder, who has risen through the ranks at Hastings, is known to be very highly thought of at the club.

Described as a box-to-box midfielder, Lovatt couples both technique and physicality as he earns plenty of plaudits in the lower levels of the football pyramid.
Hastings currently play their football in the Bostik League, the seventh tier of English pyramid.
