Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke should consider leaving the club in the near future, according to former Eagles winger John Salako.
Speaking on talkSPORT, as cited by HITC, Salako explains that the Belgian striker looks bereft of any confidence in front of goal and a move away could be the best solution for both parties.
He just needs a couple of goals, it must be destroying his confidence. Usually you have to move clubs and get a fresh start.
The striker has been sidelined with an injury recently but has been unable to find the back of the net for Palace in some time.

Benteke only managed to score three times last season and has had similar luck this time around, with no goals in the first four games.
The striker’s lack of goals has left Roy Hodgson’s men dependent on Wilfried Zaha to provide the goals in the Premier League.
Benteke arrived for big money but has been linked with moves away from the club in the past.
Chinese Super Leagues teams have been credited with an interest, but no deal materialised.
