Crystal Palace are in the race to sign Red Star Belgrade forward Richmond Boakye in January, according to a report from Ghana Soccernet.
The Eagles are believed to be among several Premier League clubs in their pursuit of Ghanaian international Boakye, who has been an impressive performer for Serbian outfit Red Star in recent times.
Palace have struggled to freely score this season in the Premier League and it seems they will look to strengthen their attacking ranks when the transfer window re-opens.

Boakye, 25, has been linked with a move to the Premier League for some time now and according to the player himself, a switch to the top-flight of English football is likely in January.
Roy Hodgson’s preferred striking option Christian Benteke is set to be sidelined until the New Year, while Alexander Sorloth and Jordan Ayew have done little to convince so far this term.
Palace won’t be without opposition in their apparent interest in signing Boakye, though. Newcastle United, Southampton and Chelsea are all also reported to be keen.
