Crystal Palace will be keen to cause an upset on Saturday afternoon as they travel to Manchester United.
The Eagles have struggled to find form in the Premier League this season. Roy Hodgson’s men have not been firing in front of goal and are currently outside of the relegation zone only by goal difference.
Their opponents, however, have also respectively struggled. Jose Mourinho’s side have been inconsistent this term and are currently sat unusually low in eighth place.
Palace have won only two games in the Premier League this season and will be well aware of their underdog status as they travel to Old Trafford.
However, Hodgson and his side will be keen to begin getting points on the board as they look to capitalise on Manchester United’s shortcomings of late.
Here’s how we believe Palace will line up against the Red Devils on Saturday.
Hennessey is unlikely to be displaced from his position in the starting line-up.
Wan-Bissaka has been struggling with an injury lately but is expected to be passed fit.
Tomkins is another whose fitness has come into question recently. However, it’s likely that he’ll play against United.
Sakho has also been nursing a minor knock following his involvement with France during the international break. He’s set to be fit for the clash in Manchester, though.
Patrick van Aanholt
Van Aanholt is set to keep his place in the side on Saturday afternoon.
In the middle of the park, McArthur is set to retain his place.
Kouyate has performed well in recent weeks and is likely to continue in midfield.
As ever, Milivojevic is poised to be given the captain’s armband and will make up the midfield three.
On the right-hand side, Townsend is set to feature for Palace.
Schlupp, meanwhile, is set to start on the opposite wing against United.
Zaha has been nursing a minor knock lately but is widely expected to lead the line against his former club.
