Premier League duo Crystal Palace and Huddersfield Town are understood to be in the race to sign Ajdin Hrustic.
According to a report from the Mirror, the pair have lined up the Groningen star as a potential target ahead of the upcoming January transfer window.
The 22-year-old is capable of operating on the right-hand side but has regularly featured in the middle of the park for his side in Eredivisie fixtures recently.

Hrustic has made eight league starts for Groningen this term and has made three substitute appearances, too, as he continues to impress.
It seems his consistent displays in the Netherlands have not gone unnoticed as the winter transfer window edges ever closer, with Palace and Huddersfield believed to be interested in respective swoops.
Roy Hodgson’s men have endured a difficult start to the season and find themselves only a point above the relegation zone. It comes as little surprise, therefore, to see them identifying potential targets ahead of January.
