Palace given boost as Solanke move to Rangers ruled out

Crystal Palace have been given a boost in their pursuit of Liverpool forward Dominic Solanke.

According to Sky Sports journalist Jim White, a source at Liverpool has denied reports claiming Solanke was set to join Rangers.

Twitter: A @LFC source says no chance of striker Dominic Solanke heading to @RangersFC on loan. “Nothing even close,” being told tonight. (@JimWhite)

Solanke is behind Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge in the pecking order at Liverpool and has found his chances hard to come by since his move to Anfield.
