In this week’s e-Crystal Palace Podcast, I review the game against Burnley by giving you my match review, player ratings as well as my Man of the Match.
Palace claimed their first home win of the season and first win in nine league matches. After a dominating display, which saw Roy Hodgson’s men have 29 shots on goal, a goal from James McArthur in the 16th minute ended the Eagles’ wait for a goal from open play at Selhurst Park this season, whilst a wonder-strike from Andros Townsend ended the contest, although it could – and probably should – have been by a far greater margin.
Did the return of the Holmesdale Fanatics have an influence?
