Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has confirmed that the club will not be signing Liverpool forward Dominic Solanke this month.
Speaking after the club’s 2-0 win over Wolves on Wednesday night, Hodgson has revealed that a move has broken down.
Twitter: Solanke won’t be arriving anytime soon. “Unfortunately it is a club decision, It turns out there were complications… https://t.co/oizSFNlmju (@BenDinnery)

Solanke has fallen out-of-favour at Anfield and looks set to leave the club in the current transfer window. Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino are all ahead of Solanke in the pecking order.
The English forward has scored one Premier League goal for Liverpool since moving to the club from Chelsea.
Hodgson revealed last week that the clubs were in talks over a deal, but that now appears to be dead in the water after this latest revelation from the Palace boss.
The club will now move onto other targets as they look for a new number nine.
