Schalke have denied having an interest in Crystal Palace target Dominic Solanke, after they were linked with a move this month.
According to Sky Sport Germany, Schalke have said that they have had no contact with Liverpool regarding a deal for Solanke.
Crystal Palace are thought to be on the verge of sealing a loan move for Solanke, after Roy Hodgson admitted the club were in talks with Liverpool earlier this week.

Solanke has fallen out-of-favour at Anfield and looks set to leave the club in the current transfer window. Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino are all ahead of Solanke in the pecking order.

The English forward has scored one Premier League goal for Liverpool since moving to the club from Chelsea.
