Everton have turned down a loan offer from Crystal Palace for striker Cenk Tosun.
According to The Liverpool Echo, Palace came in with an offer to take Tosun on loan until the end of the season.
Everton, however, are only interested in letting Tosun go if it is on a permanent deal, rather than a loan.

The report claims that Everton have placed a £20m price tag on his head, one year on from signing him for £27m from Besitkas.
Since arriving from Turkey, Tosun has scored seven goals for Everton and fallen out-of-favour under Marco Silva.
Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are both ahead of him in the pecking order at Goodison Park, which has left Everton open to letting him leave – permanently.
Palace are in the market for a striker and the report claims that Huddersfield are also set to rival Roy Hodgson for Tosun.
