Everton will not allow Cenk Tosun to leave this month unless they are able to sign a replacement first, amid interest from Crystal Palace.
According to Sky Sports, Crystal Palace have made an enquiry to Everton about Tosun’s availability, with the Merseyside club telling them that they would need to sign a replacement first.
Palace are interested in a deal for Tosun as they look to strengthen their attacking options before the end of the transfer window.

Alexander Sorloth was allowed to leave and join Gent on loan until the end of the season – leaving Christian Benteke, Connor Wickham and Jordan Ayew as Palace’s striking options.
Tosun joined Everton from Besiktas in January 2018 for a fee in the region of £27m, but has only been able to net seven times in a year.
Reports earlier this week claimed that Tosun was considering a move to Palace, whilst other reports claimed that he has rejected a switch to Selhurst Park. The story may become clearer as the end of the window gets closer.
