Crystal Palace are closing in on a deal to re-sign winger Bakary Sako from West Brom.
According to The Guardian, the player is undergoing a medical with Palace after leaving the club in the summer.
Sako left Selhurst Park when his contract expired at the end of last season. The player had been struggling to break into the Palace side on a regular basis after a string of injury problems.

It is claimed that Palace were indeed keen to bring Sako back to the club over the summer and renew his contract, but they had already filled their 25-man Premier League squad, making a deal impossible for Roy Hodgson’s side.
Sako joined West Brom earlier this season but has rarely featured for Darren Moore’s side since his arrival.
His return to Palace provides Hodgson with added depth, with the club still heavily reliant on both Andros Townsend and Wilfried Zaha in the final third.
