In this week’s e-Crystal Palace Podcast, I review the game against Cardiff City by bringing you my match report, player ratings as well as my Man of the Match.
Palace picked up a 2-3 win, relegating the Bluebirds in the process.
Following a 0-0 draw in the reverse fixture earlier in the season, this game was slightly better, with Wilfried Zaha and Michy Batshuayi netting either side of a Martin Kelly own goal in the first half.
This was followed by Andros Townsend increasing the lead to two in the 70th minute before Bobby Reid curled one into the bottom of the net in the 90th.
Should Joel Ward keep his place at left-back? Why can’t we play like this at home? Is the 4-4-2 formation the best suited to Roy Hodgson’s tactics? Will Wilfried Zaha stay beyond this season.
