Crystal Palace are yet to make their first signing of the summer as they prepare for the 2019/20 campaign.
Whilst many of their rivals have started wheeling and dealing, Roy Hodgson is taking his time in the transfer market as he appears to be weighing up his options.
Palace secured a comfortable midtable finish in the Premier League last season, but will now be looking to push on and potentially break into the top 10, alongside the likes of Leicester and Wolves – with the latter sealing Europa League football with a 7th-place finish.
One area in which Palace may look to strengthen in the transfer market is the goalkeeping position. Vincente Guaita and Wayne Hennessey shared the gloves throughout last season, with neither nailing down the position for a prolonged period of time.
