Liverpool have denied suggestions that Simon Mignolet could be an £8 million target for Crystal Palace.
It had been suggested that Palace could launch a move for the Belgian this summer, but that no longer appears to be the case.
Mignolet, one of their longest serving players, has caught the eye of clubs like Crystal Palace and Bournemouth – as well as a number of Bundesliga teams.
However, according to reports from ESPN, Liverpool are not willing to let Mignolet leave to join Palace.
The Belgian is said part of the senior players’ committee at Anfield, which is filled with some of the longest-serving players left at the club.
Although he not the first-choice goalkeeper for Liverpool, he is the second longest-serving player at Anfield, and therefore the Reds still value his service highly and do not want to lose him this summer.
