Palace look set to pocket £50million from the sale of Aaron Wan-Bissaka with £45million in upfront payments £5million in add ons.
So what will Palace do with the money earned?
In the previous three transfer windows in which Roy Hodgson has been part of, Palace haven’t spent a lot of money on transfer fees, with around £30 million with the likes of Sorloth and Kouyate.
Palace will look to replace Wan-Bissaka with one of the transfer targets and I don’t see palace spending more than £20 million for a new full back.
What might happen to the remaining £20-25 million?.
Well, Palace can get a good quality striker with an added 10 million to the existing money and try convincing Chelsea to sell Batshuayi for around €35 million. But the problem with this transfer is the wages of Batshuayi. He is reported to earn weekly around €140,000, which is a lot of money for a club like Palace.
On the field, Palace do look like they need reinforcements ahead of their opening day clash with Everton. If you’d like to have a bet on that game, you should do so using a Betfred promo code.
The other scenario is that Steve Parish could use that money to expand the Selhurst Park Stadium which is expected to cost more than £100 million.

Parish has emphasised before about the growing costs of wages at the club and might save this £25 million to cover some of those wage expenses.
The most likely scenario to happen is Palace might get a replacement fullback and save the remaining for Selhurst Redevelopment. The second part might not go well with the fans but, in the long run, it’ll be for the betterment of the football club.
