Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew is set to undergo a medical at Crystal Palace this week.
The forward is set to sign for the club permanently after spending the 2018/19 season on loan at Selhurst Park.
According to Modern Ghana, a medical for the striker is imminent, with Palace looking to finalise a deal.
Ayew scored just twice in 25 appearances for Palace, but the club are clearly keen to bring him back in the coming days.

The 27-year-old spent two seasons in the Premier League with Swansea before his loan move to Palace, scoring eight goals.
He began his career in England in 2015 when he joined Aston Villa, scoring seven goals as they were relegated from the Premier League.
Ayew played for Ghana in the African Cup of Nations over the summer and scored twice in his four appearances for his country, which may have tempted Palace to push a deal over the line.
The forward has scored 15 goals in 55 appearances for his country, since making his debut in 2010.
