Crystal Palace have completed the permanent signing of Jordan Ayew on a three-year contract from Swansea City.
The forward re-joins Palace after enjoying a loan spell at the club last season.
After clearly doing enough to impress Roy Hodgson and those behind the scenes at Selhurst Park, the club have acted quickly to get the player signed ahead of the new season.
The 27-year-old, who has been impressing at the African Cup of Nations recently, featured 20 times in the Premier League under Hodgson last time out, scoring just the one goal during that time.
Ayew only joined Swansea in 2017 from Aston Villa, but will now look to settle and find his best football in London with Palace.
On the face of it, it looks like a deal that works for both parties, with Swansea looking to rebuild their squad under Steve Cooper, so who are the winners and losers of Ayew’s move to Palace? We’ve taken a closer look at the deal.
