According to the Daily Mail, Crystal Palace are set to offer Christian Benteke and James Tomkins new deals at the club.
The pair are reportedly set to be rewarded with new deals, tying them down to the club for the foreseeable future.

Benteke’s contract expires at the end of the season, with Palace have an option to extend it for one season, whilst Tomkins expires at the end of next season in 2021.
Palace fans have reacted to the news on social media, with many supporters surprised about the news.

Crystal Palace obviously want to keep their players at the club, but giving a new deal to Benteke is baffling.
With an option in his contract, Palace could easily sell him in January or next summer without losing him on a free, but giving him a new deal for the sake of it doesn’t look like a good deal.
Tomkins would be a good person to tie down to a new deal, but it is baffling that Palace would give Benteke a new bumper contract.
