Crystal Palace and Brighton are set to fight it out for the signature of Rangers’ Glen Kamara this January, according to the Mail.
Kamara has been instrumental in Steven Gerrard’s success in Scotland, with the Finnish international being superb for Rangers.

Scouts were sent by both Brighton and Palace to watch the midfielder, who impressed during Rangers’ 1-1 draw with Porto in the Europa League.
He has been superb in the middle of the park, combining superb passing with excellent composure.

Crystal Palace could really do with a striker in January, so a deal for Rangers’ Alfredo Morelos looks more likely at this point.
However, a move for Kamara would not be a bad one either.
The Finn has been superb for Gerrard’s side, and would provide more depth in an already stacked Eagles midfield.
Therefore, this could be a solid signing for Crystal Palace in January.
