Chelsea right-back Tariq Lamptey appears to be a man in demand, and Crystal Palace have reportedly made a £5 million bid for the teenager.
The news has been quick to reach several Eagles supporters, who have reacted to the reported offer.
According to Italian reporter Marco Conterio, Palace, as well as Premier League rivals Brighton and Sheffield United, have all made offers for the 19-year-old.
Conterio also shared AC Milan’s and Lille’s interest in the right-back, with both European sides looking to reach a pre-agreement deal for the Blues youngster.
Lamptey is out of contract at the end of the season, however, the Daily Mail claim that Frank Lampard has high hopes for the defender and wants to tie him down to a new deal.
The teenager has made three first-team appearances for the Blues this season, with his only Premier League appearance coming in the 2-1 win over Arsenal last month.
However, with no deal yet agreed, it appears as if the interested parties may have an outside chance of securing the defender’s services.
Conterio‘s claims were shared by @CPFC_NEWS_HQ on Wednesday evening, and it didn’t take long for these Palace fans to give their views.
