Crystal Palace fell to a Premier League defeat at Selhurst Park against Sheffield United on Saturday.
The Eagles were the architects of their own downfall, as goalkeeper Vicente Guaita’s own goal handed the visitors the three points.
The defeat leaves Roy Hodgson’s side in 14th place in the league table, six points away from the relegation zone.
Despite the defeat, Palace fans did see one positive from the encounter and that was the performance of winger Wilfried Zaha.
The Ivory Coast international had the most touches of the ball on the pitch and also had the highest pass accuracy from all the players who started the match (WhoScored).
The winger also played three key passes in the match, more than anyone else on the pitch.
The stats show that he was the standout player for the Eagles and many fans took to Twitter to send a message to Zaha, who urged the team to bounce back in their next match.
