Alexander Sorloth got his name on the scoresheet two more times for Trabzonspor during their Turkish Cup quarter-final victory over Buyuksehir Belediye Erzurumspor.
The striker is currently on a two-season loan deal from Premier League side Crystal Palace.
The Norway international is in great goalscoring form so far this season, netting 21 times in all competitions (Transfermarkt).
One Crystal Palace fan account on Twitter pointed out that the striker has scored one goal less than Palace have in their entire 2019/20 Premier League campaign so far.
Many of the club’s fans felt that the comparison is irrelevant because of the level of the Turkish Super Lig, whilst some others believe he wasn’t given enough time to prove himself in England.
There were also some fans who want to see him back at Palace and others who are upset that no recall clause was included in his loan deal to Trabzonspor.
