A number of Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to react to Patrick Van Aanholt offering to help a supporter by offering tickets to a game.
One Palace fan posted on Twitter explaining that his daughter was mocked at school for wearing a Crystal Palace shirt for Sport Relief and as such she did not want to support the club anymore.
Van Aanholt saw the upsetting story and added some words of encouragement to help cheer the youngster up.
He then found out that the girl livse in Leeds and as such, is unable to get to home games, so the Palace star offered to sort her and her father out with tickets for the next available game when the Premier League returns to make it a special day.
This incredible gesture from the Dutchman has resonated with Palace fans and these supporters reacted to his promise on Twitter…
