Crystal Palace are reported to be interested in Stoke City forward Marko Arnautovic, according to Gianluca Di Marzio. The Austrian international has just one year left on his contract at the Britannia Stadium and has attracted the interest of several European clubs, including some in the Premier League.
Arnautovic is currently away with the Austrian national team but a good performance could attract the likes of Everton, West Brom and Palace to pursue the £10m+ rated player. He was a stand-out performer in the side last season that saw them finish 9th in the Premier League. Di Marzio has said he believes that the 27-year-old will want to move away to a different club, with no new contract yet to be signed with the Potters.
Whether Arnautovic would choose to move to Selhurst Park if departing is a different matter. He would certainly be a welcome addition with his pace, aggression and 11 goals he scored in the league last season.
