Five left-backs who Palace should look to sign in January

Alan Pardew has admitted that he is looking to bring in a left-back in January as the long-term injuries to Pape Souare have left his squad short of options, with regular right-back Joel Ward filling in there in recent games.

Pardew said:

A left-back would sort a few things out for us. We’ve found ourselves short in that position and it has affected us, and we need to get that right.

The manager also confirmed that the club had held some talks with clubs and players but that it’s proving to be difficult to get a player in.

We thought we’d help out by identifying some left-backs who could be available and willing to move to Selhurst Park in the summer.
