Allardyce will be glad with Sako’s return to the squad with a large number of players slowly becoming available after injury in a time in which Palace need as many players as possible, to help them push for Premier League survival.

Sako has featured on five occasions for the Eagles so far this season with four of those in the Premier League and one in the League Cup defeat to Southampton, where he featured for 65 minutes.
The Mali international’s season has been full of injury with this most recent injury being the third of the season, after coming into the current campaign with a groin injury as well as in December, picking up a muscle injury.
Palace’s trip to the Hawthorns this weekend to face Tony Pulis’ West Brom may be a game to earlier for the winger, with the games towards the back-end of the month being a more likely return date for the player.
