Spurs set to ease off in Zaha pursuit

Tottenham Hotspur are set to ease off in their pursuit to sign Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha this summer.

According to a report from the Guardian today, the Ivory Coast international is looking to be increasingly unlikely to seal a switch to Spurs this summer after they raised concerns over bringing him to the club.

Zaha has been in exceptional form for Palace this season and has most certainly been their best player throughout the course of the campaign, popping up with key goals and assists and plenty of them, as well.

However, due to Zaha now representing the Ivory Coast instead of England, Spurs are concerned as to whether or not he’ll participate enough for his club, with competitions such as the African Cup of Nations taken into consideration.

Zaha is a pivotal player for the Eagles and they’ll be hoping that they can keep hold of their prized asset.
