Crystal Palace have reportedly identified Sean Dyche as a prime target for the vacant managerial post.
According to a report from the Telegraph, the Burnley manager is a strong candidate to take over from Sam Allardyce this summer as Palace step up their pursuit to find the ideal new boss.
Allardyce’s departure was a shock given that he took over at Selhurst Park only months ago, prompting chairman Steve Parish to seek continuity and longevity in his search for the next Palace boss.

Dyche has been consistently impressive during his time at Burnley and did well to keep them afloat in the Premier League last season. His Clarets side clinched their first away win of the season, ironically, against Palace near the end of the campaign.
Although it is not a specification that the manager is of British descent, it looks as though Dyche is the prime candidate to take over, and he is claimed to be keen.
