Palace set to make Niasse offer
Crystal Palace are set to make an offer for Everton striker Oumar Niasse this month.
According to The Mirror, Palace are ready to move in on Niasse in January as they look to strengthen their attacking options.
Everton completed the signing of Cenk Tosun from Besiktas for £27m last week, which has freed Niasse to leave.
Niasse was Everton’s only out-and-out striker, but with the arrival of Tosun, Niasse can now find a new club.
The 27-year-old has scored six goals in five starts for Everton this season, with an assist to his name on top of it.
Palace came close to landing Niasse on deadline day in the summer, only for a move to break down the final hours of the transfer window.
The report also claims that Palace are in talks with James McArthur over a new contract with the club, after his impressive performances in midfield this season.
