Palace took a 1-0 win against The Clarets to stretch Roy Hodgson’s team fine run to one defeat in their last 12 league outings.
Bakary Sako, who has been rejuvenated in recent weeks, grabbed the only goal of the game, his sixth of the season, and saw the Eagles solid first half performance rewarded after some great counter-attacking football.
Although the second half was slightly tense, Hodgson’s team battled through and moved Palace within touching distance of the top half of the table.
Could we see more of the Sako-Benteke partnership this season? Could Jairo Riedewald be the successor to Yohan Cabaye? What additions are needed in the transfer window?
