Crystal Palace have had an improved bid rejected for Lille star Ibrahim Amadou, according to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol.
Twitter: Crystal Palace have new improved bid for Ibrahim Amadou turned down by Lille. Palace had £16m bid rejected three weeks ago (@SkyKaveh)
This comes after the club had an opening proposal rejected a couple of weeks ago for a sizable sum of £16 million.
The 24-year-old currently plays at Lille and is thought to be keen on a move to the Premier League, with Palace hoping to bring the midfielder in before the climax of the window.

Palace have been dealt a huge blow in terms of injuries, with a host of players sidelined. So, the need to bring players in, particularly in midfield, is necessary, with Amadou seemingly at the top of their list.
The player has been at Lille for three years now and has become a key member of the squad. He is someone who they are desperate to keep in their ranks this season despite the interest from Premier League suitors.
