Crystal Palace are preparing a summer bid for Anderlecht player Leander Dendoncker.
Sport Witness report that they are desperate to beat West Ham to the signing of the 23-year-old.
As long as Palace stay in the Premier League, they are expected to bid for the Belgian defensive midfielder. And with Roy Hodgson’s side sitting six points above the relegation zone, safety is almost a certainty.
During the January window, Dendoncker was linked with first Everton and then West Ham. The Hammers interest was well followed by Belgian media, but a move failed to materialise.

The Eagles were also claimed to have made a bid, with Anderlecht’s general manager saying they put an offer in at the end of the window, making it too late for negotiations to take place. They are now favourites to sign the player in the summer though.
HLN, a popular Belgian newspaper, have reported that they would want at least £15 million for the player who is desperate to move to the Premier League.
Dendoncker has four caps for the Belgian national team, and has appeared over 100 times for Anderlecht.
