Roy Hodgson will hold contract talks with a number of players number week as they prepare for next season, reports the Guardian.
Yohan Cabaye and Joel Ward both see their deals expire in the summer, and the Eagles will struggle to hold on to both.
The Frenchman became the clubs record signing when he signed from Paris Saint-Germain in 2015 for over £10 million. However, he is currently on £100,000 a week and would need to take a pay cut to stay in South London.
Ward holds the most amount of appearances in the Premier League for Palace with 159. The 28-year-old arrived at Selhurst Park in 2012 and was an integral part of the side that gained promotion to the top flight in his first season there.

Veteran Julian Speroni, Damien Delaney and Chung-yong Lee are also out of contract this summer, with all three likely to move on.
Manager Roy Hodgson has stated that their recruitment is key as they aim to move clear of a relegation battle next season:
We need to get our preparation and recruitment right because we are going to be losing some very good players at the end of this season. There are several out of contract. You can’t talk with people until you know where you’re going to be.
