Chelsea are unlikely to part ways with Ruben Loftus-Cheek permanently this summer, but another loan may be possible according to the Daily Mail.
Spending the 2017/18 season on loan at Crystal Palace, Loftus-Cheek was instrumental in assuring the survival of the Eagles, booking a place in the England squad in the process.
An impressive substitute appearance against Tunisia was rewarded with a start in England’s 6-1 destruction of Panama, and the youngster looks poised to play a critical role in the Russian campaign.

Understandably, the midfielder is seeking to avoid spending next season on the bench in West London. Chelsea are not looking to wave goodbye to the phenom just yet though, as they still consider him integral to their future plans.
Instead, another loan move beckons for Loftus-Cheek.
Supposedly incoming manager Maurizio Sarri is sure to make his own assessment of the Lewisham-native, who has three years remaining on his current Blues contract.
Vying for a place next to N’Golo Kante in the Chelsea starting XI, Loftus-Cheek would face competition from fellow-countryman Danny Drinkwater, Tiemoue Bakayoko, and Cesc Fabregas.
If the 6’3 colossus is unable to force his way into the Chelsea starting lineup, a move back to Selhurst Park may prove beneficial for the further development of the England international.
