Wilfried Zaha has dealt a blow to both Chelsea and Tottenham after he confirmed contract talks have started with Crystal Palace.
According to Pete O’Rourke, the player is committed to staying at the club, despite being heavily linked with moves away throughout the summer.
Both Chelsea and Tottenham were said to be interested in moves for the Ivorian international, but Palace were demanding somewhere in the region of £70 million for his services.

After a standout season with Palace, Zaha was being tipped to move on to a bigger club.
The player started as he meant to go on when Palace kicked off their season against Fulham on Saturday, scoring the Eagles’ second of the game.
Chelsea had reportedly earmarked the player as a possible replacement for Willian.
Both Manchester United and Barcelona were keen to sign the Brazilian this summer and Chelsea put plans in place should the 30-year-old have left the club.
