Scott Dann is close to returning for Crystal Palace.
A sickening knee injury on New Year’s Eve of 2017 against Manchester City left the centre-half out of action for the best part of a year.
The 31-year-old played 90 minutes for the under-23s on Monday, as Palace played out a 1-1 draw with Bristol City.

Dann was asked by News Shopper how many games he’d need before he was ready to go for the first-team, and he was pretty sure in his answer:
None!
I’m feeling really good. It’s nice to get another 90minutess under my belt. I’m feeling fit and ready to go.
I played today because I haven’t had many minutes over the last few weeks. I’d like to get back involved (with the first team) as soon as possible.
Joining from Blackburn in January of 2014, the Liverpool-native has made 136 appearances in his time at Selhurst Park.
