Crystal Palace have reportedly rejected the chance to sign Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi in the new year, according to reports from Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws, cited by the Mirror.
The 25-year-old was sent out on loan to Spanish side Valencia in the summer, however, the La Liga side are willing to cut the deal short next month.

Batshuayi, who impressed on loan at Borussia Dortmund in the second half of the previous campaign, has struggled in Spain, scoring just three times in 21 appearances to date.
However, with Batshuayi a proven goalscorer for former sides St Liege and Marseille, the Belgian international was linked with a move across London to Selhurst Park in January.
And despite being offered the chance to sign the forward in January, Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson has reportedly passed up on the offer.
Hodgson has admitted previously that he is hopeful of adding to his squad when the window opens, however, it seems as if Batshuayi will not be joining up with the Eagles anytime soon.
