Crystal Palace are reportedly eyeing a deal for on-loan Celtic man Oliver Burke this summer, according to reports.
Burke, who joined Celtic on loan from West Bromwich Albion in January, has impressed since joining the Hoops, scoring five goals in 14 appearances.
Despite appearing to say that he’d be happy to move to make his move to Scotland permanent, Burke’s fee could be a big stumbling block in any potential deal.
West Brom signed Burke for £14 million from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig, and would likely want to recoup some of that cash.
With Celtic potentially priced out of a deal, Crystal Palace could be the leaders for Burke’s signature, with Director of Football, Dougie Fredman, said to be a big admirer of the 21-year-old.
Burke has earned a recall to the Scottish National side thanks to his current form with Celtic and is currently in Kazakhstan for the Tartan Army’s first Euro 2020 qualifier.
