Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann is set to undergo a late fitness test ahead of Bournemouth’s visit to Selhurst Park on Sunday.
Dann has endured a season of pain with injuries stopping him from appearing for the Eagles in most of their league games.
The defender has only made 10 league appearances throughout the campaign but has claimed one assist and he will be hoping to be fit to play in their final game.
The second half of the season has seen Palace rise up the table and they are currently sitting 12th but unfortunately for Hodgson’s side, they can’t push their way into the top half. A win against the south coast side would put them on 49 points, one point off 10th-placed Watford.
In the gaffer’s press conference ahead of Sunday’s fixture, as cited on Football London, Hodgson suggests that they ‘will have to assess’ the English centre-back.
The Eagles will be hoping to end the season on a high as they look ahead to summer of transfers.
