Wilfried Zaha did not train with his Crystal Palace teammates on Thursday, as he looks to force through a last-minute move to Everton.
According to Sky Sports, the 26-year-old is “very disappointed and disillusioned about the situation”, having handed in a transfer request on Wednesday.
Fans have predictably been taking to Twitter to air their views about the dramatic goings-on at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles Perch struggled to find positives regarding the situation, focusing on Zaha’s brief appearance at the training ground.

The longer this situation goes on for, the more ugly it seems to become.
It’s a sad direction for things to be going in, considering how loved Zaha has been during his time at Palace.
His current behaviour is benefiting nobody, however, and if his move to Everton isn’t granted, it’s difficult to see what happens next.
The Eagles know full well how priceless the wide man is, so their stubborn stance is justified.
