Crystal Palace fans are calling on Roy Hodgson to pick U23 star Jason Lokilo, after the attacker provided a great assist in the Palace youngster’s clash with Crewe Alexandra.
The Belgian, who spent some time at FC Lorient in the French second tier last season, is a highly tipped prospect at the Eagles and could be in line for a first-team debut soon.
However, some Palace fans want it to come sooner rather than later, even as quick as this weekend’s clash with Manchester United.

The youngster should certainly be given an opportunity, especially with Palace winless from their first two games.
Lokilo has a lot of potential, and Palace must avoid wasting it by not giving him a shot in the first team.
Even if it’s an appearance from the bench, any Premier League minutes that the player could get would be massive for his future prospects.
Palace could do a lot worse things than hand him a shot.
